Arrested Heroin Trafficker Won’t Go to the Bathroom – Makes Police Wait 16 Days for Their Evidence!

Swansea police were forced to wait and watch as a determined drug dealer held heroin in his stomach for an astonishing 16 days, while refusing to go to the toilet.
Police arrested Damien Ankrah, 28, of Liverpool England in Haverfordwest on July 13 on suspicion of drug trafficking, but neither a strip search nor a more thorough ‘medical’ exam found police the drugs they suspected Ankrah carried.
Although no drugs were found, text message evidence from Ankraha’s phone indicated that he possessed drugs (heroin) for delivery.
Believing that he had swallowed heroin in plastic bags for transport, police asked Ankrah if he would consent to an X-ray exam. He refused his consent, leaving the arresting officers no choice but to post a guard in front of his cell to await a bowel movement and the passing of the suspected drugs.
Police officers then stood watch for an incredible 16 days, as the very determined suspect in custody held the drugs inside him, refusing food for 4 days and eating only after a local judge allowed police an extension of the detention period.
On July 29th, at long last, Ankrah went to the toilet and passed 5 small bags of drugs containing in total, 16 grams of low purity heroin.
For this, his third drugs conviction, Ankrah was sentenced to 4 years and 4 months in prison.
