If a person has used enough meth to get to the point where they are feeling bugs crawling under there skin do they need to go to drug rehab for sure? My step sister has been living with her boyfriend for about 6 months and I have not seen her for a while and when I went over yesterday I was blown away at how screwed up she was acting and how haggard she looked. I am not sure if I should tell my dad or not about the state she is in so I would like to know if she needs extreme help or not first.

Meth is very debilitating and can easily end up a killer. Rehab would be extremely important. If I cared about her life and dad won't explode, I would certainly let him know.
