Long-Term Rehab Treatment in Maryland

Serving southern Maryland, Walden Sierra runs an inpatient 28 day rehab for adult men and women, with detox, and a long term residential halfway home for women with children. All fees are assessed on a sliding scale based on ability to pay.

In Hagerstown, a 6-12 month continuing care facility for adult men. Very affordable (pay what you can) and with in house therapies and support.

A 9 bed halfway house for men, in Baltimore. 4-6 month program.

Baltimore halfway houses for adult men and women, separately. Medicaid, private health insurance and self pay are welcomed, and detox is available.

A 12-18 month sober living home for adult women. Women are expected to get a job, or go to school, and pay for treatment as they are able. All must follow the rules of the house, and participate fully in offered therapy and training.
