Green Mountain Treatment Center Reviews

I can't speak to their onsite capabilities. I can say that they have questionable business practices, and unethical admissions personnel. They talk a good game and then the bait and switch happens when it comes to "billing". Basically they would have double charged or more for their services had we not caught on. Beware, there is no such thing as a service contract or anything close to it. Their idea of a contract is a credit card authorization form. Laughable business practices if they weren't in such a serious business. I feel sorry for the clients that are desperate in need, to then be handcuffed and fleeced for their services. Looks from other posts here that this is common practice for them.

may be good for the client, that is yet to be determined, but in terms of communication, Dont ask questions that they do not like to answer or they will tell you they are uncomfortable and will end the call. Asked to speak to a supervisor to get some satisfaction and it took 4 days for a call back. Needed to speak to a loved one concerning a very urgent matter, and when I was not willing to have a very personal message and information relayed to the client, I was told "I will have to call you back" and nobody called back after numerous messages and called. The case manager would not respond and shut her phone. The clients get 2 10 minutes phone calls per week, they are timed and they hang up at exactly 10 minutes. There is no way to contact any personnel at the facility after business hours. The message says, leave a message but we may not get back to you unless it is urgent. I said is was urgent and never received a call back. If I could rate with zero stars I would.
