NYC recovery rehabs and long term living for New Yorkers addicted to opiates. Methadone is used as detox. Most programs run for a year or longer, and use a peer based therapeutic model of recovery. A special program for opiate addicted pregnant women allows for safe detox, therapy, prenatal and neonatal care. Long term recovery residences are available.
