The Division of Behavioral Health Services provides the majority of direct mental health services throughout the State by contracting with 13 community mental health centers (CMHCs) and 3 specialty clinics.  DBHS staff are available for consultation and education regarding behavioral health issues. Please call to inquire about the substance abuse treatment services that you may be entitled to, even if you do not qualify for Medicaid.
